The VT2485 Artwork Vision system is unique in that it can provide rapid detection of defects as small as 40 microns with a fast inspection time, averaging 700-800 milliseconds to inspect 12 packs per cycle and produces a pass/fail result as well as quantitative, traceable data. Pass/fail result is digital IO (other options like RS232 or TCP/IP can be achieved) will be sent to reject mechanism. This system does come with a special “auto teach” feature to handle different kind of  artwork designs. “Auto teach” feature allows users to complete new package teaching within couple of minutes. VT2485 Artwork Vision system is particularly advantageous for packing process that runs on indexing or on the fly.
