The VT230 OCR label Inspection system is unique in that it can provide rapid detection of defects as small as 125 microns with a fast inspection time, averaging 150-200 milliseconds to complete front label and back label and also produces a pass/fail result as well as quantitative, traceable data. Pass/fail result is digital IO (other options like RS232 or TCP/IP can be achieved) will be send to PLC and reject mechanism will reject defect bottle. This system is flexible to handle multi string of marking and particularly advantageous for inspection that runs on the fly that able to cope with the speed of 800 bottles per minute.
The VT230 OCR label Inspection system comes with Industry Pc makes it not only clean room compatible and also suitable for non-clean room environment. The intuitive and simple method makes it a practical solution giving rapid feedback to production line operators.
This system support up to 4 user levels (Operator,Technician, Engineer and Admin), For Operator level, Operators simply click on the START button follow by key in the Lot Number, The VT230 OCR label Inspection system will produces pass/fail result, along with a volumetric measurement reading , reject images will be save into the Lot folder that key by operator earlier for analysis purpose after production run.
